I finally got my Pontus set up this weekend. It’s an amazing DAC! I used integrated amps for years before moving to separates. I tried several different DACs – Schiit Gungnir multibit, Gustard X20 Pro, Topping D90 MQA – before getting the Pontus. I’ve found my end game DAC.
I use it with a Crown XTi 2002 power amp. My speakers are the KEF LS50 Meta and SVS Micro 3000 subwoofer. I work at home, so am at my computer 10-12 hours every day. When I’m not working, I play games, blast music, and stream video. I also have an M1 iPad Pro 11” and use a pair of iLoud Micro Monitors and a Schiit Fulla for its audio.
Thanks for such a fantastic product! I attached some pics for you, as well. I still need to clean up the cables, though.
