For customers in Canada and regions where Denafrips cannot provide DDP service, you will need to pay VAT yourself or authorize the courier to collect VAT on your behalf. Thank you for your cooperation.

With DDP shipping, Denafrips calculates and includes all import duties, taxes, and VAT in the total price displayed at checkout. This amount is termed as 'Tax' on the checkout page.

The courier service handles customs clearance and delivers the package directly to your doorstep. No additional fees are required upon delivery, making the ordering process hassle-free for customers in the EU.

For customers in certain regions, we may not be able to provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services. In cases where customers are required to settle customs duties directly during future clearance, please contact our customer service to request a full refund of the precollected taxes.
