Order Cancellation

If an order is placed but not paid for, cancellation is without charge.

If an order is successfully placed and paid for, a 4.4% handling fee will be charged for cancellation

If the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
Returns
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.

Custom or personalized items do not have the right to a 14-day refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the corresponding email address for the domain.

After-Sales Service

All our products, except streamers, come with a one-year warranty, while streamers enjoy a three-year warranty. During the warranty period, we will cover all repair costs, including labor, parts, and shipping fees. Customers are entitled to free warranty services.

For products used for more than one year but less than two years, we provide limited warranty services. Customers will only be responsible for shipping the product to our repair center. We will cover the repair costs, parts, and return shipping fees.

For products used for more than two years but less than three years, customers are required to cover the one-way shipping to the repair center and the cost of parts. We will cover the repair labor and return shipping. For products used for more than three years, customers will be responsible for all repair-related costs.
