First of all i must say that Alvin at Vinshine audio is the most service minded person in the hi-fi industry. Totally safe to purchase from their website. I upgraded from the Ares 2 to Pontus 2 12th and the sound just got bigger, bolder and more open.
I use a plinius reference A-150 class a power amp, primaluna evo 400 preamp and fyne audio f704 speakers, the Pontus 2 12th take my expencive hi-fi system to new heights.
A fantastic product with extremely good build quality. I fully recomend the Pontus 2 dac.
