I couldn’t be more happy with my Ares 12th. I previously had a chip DAC that always sounded a bit harsh/ too bright. With the Ares 12th’s R2R design, my music is warmer, more revealing and, simply, “real” sounding.

Both streaming and playing from my CD transport sound spectacular.
