Yes I bought the Ares ll from you some time ago. I use in my setup 2 system wich is in my work room.
I have Auralic and Rasberry as streamers. A Primaluna integrated amp and also a Schiit Lyr 2 headphone amp. Speakers are Audience Clair Audient 1+1 ref.
Headphones I use is Meze Emoyrean and Grado RS 1.
I was really surprised by how good this dac sounds both with headphones and my stereo setup. Soft, dynamic and detailed. Big and deep soundstage. Also build quality is ezcellent.
