For customers in the EU and UK, Denafrips offers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which simplifies the ordering process and includes all import duties, taxes, and VAT.

For Canada and regions where Denafrips cannot offer DDP service, you will need to pay VAT or have the courier handle the VAT payment on your behalf，please, before placing your order and making payment, if VAT is not automatically calculated, kindly contact customer service to confirm whether we can provide DDP service. Import duties and taxes: These are fees imposed by customs authorities on goods entering the EU or UK from overseas. They are calculated based on the value of the imported items and any applicable customs regulations.

VAT (Value Added Tax): VAT is a consumption tax applied to goods and services at each stage of production or distribution. In the EU and UK, VAT is levied on the total value of imported goods, including shipping costs and any applicable import duties.

With DDP shipping, Denafrips calculates and includes all import duties, taxes, and VAT in the total price displayed at checkout. This amount is termed as 'Tax' on the checkout page.

The courier service (such as DPD、Royal Mail) handles customs clearance and delivers the package directly to your doorstep. There are no additional fees to be paid upon delivery, making the ordering process hassle-free for customers in the EU and UK.

For customers in certain regions, we may not be able to provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services. In cases where customers are required to settle customs duties directly during future clearance, please contact our customer service to request a full refund of the precollected taxes.
