Orders shipped to the U.S. may incur customs fees (we provide duty optimization within a compliant framework). These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this. Please note that if a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, any resulting costs will need to be covered by the recipient.

For customers in the EU, Denafrips offers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service, which simplifies the ordering process by including all import duties, taxes, and VAT.

For customers in Canada and regions where Denafrips cannot provide DDP service, you will need to pay VAT yourself or authorize the courier to collect VAT on your behalf. Thank you for your cooperation.

Import Duties and Taxes: These are fees imposed by customs authorities on goods entering the EU from overseas. These fees are calculated based on the value of the imported goods and any applicable customs regulations.

Value Added Tax (VAT): VAT is a consumption tax applied at each stage of production or distribution of goods and services. In the EU, VAT is charged on the total value of imported goods, including shipping costs and any applicable import duties.

With DDP shipping, Please note that DDP shipping may take slightly longer than standard express services, with an estimated transit time of approximately 15 business days. During the first stage of transportation, the package may be handled by a third-party carrier, which may result in limited or delayed tracking updates on the tracking system. This is normal in DDP logistics channels, and your package continues to move through the logistics network. We kindly ask for your patience and assure you that there is no need for concern.Denafrips calculates and includes all import duties, taxes, and VAT in the total price displayed at checkout. This amount is termed as 'Tax' on the checkout page.

The courier service handles customs clearance and delivers the package directly to your doorstep. No additional fees are required upon delivery, making the ordering process hassle-free for customers in the EU.

For customers in certain regions, we may not be able to provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services. In cases where customers are required to settle customs duties directly during future clearance, please contact our customer service to request a full refund of the precollected taxes.
