We have had someone in mind for months now but wanted to make sure that person was up to our standard of service. After a couple of repairs were done very well, we are happy to announce the US service center in Atlanta GA, Mike Powell Audio, a 15 year veteran in the Hifi industry with background in modification and repair as well as design and manufacturing.
With Mike as DENAFRIPS' appointed US service center, there is no need to ship the faulty unit back to us or Vinshine Audio. All repairs service will be done in the US by Mike - our trained and certified service engineer.
Mike offers 'white glove' courier service for any repairs. All you need to do is to pack the faulty unit back in its original box, tape it. Fedex shall arrive at an arranged time to pick it up from you. You do not even need to print the shipping label, it's all well taken care of. The turn around time is approximately 2 weeks depending on the nature of the issue. Rest be assured that Mike will prioritize the service as we want to get the DAC back to you as soon as possible!
